I’m a London based freelance chef, food stylist, recipe writer and tester.
With a number of years experience in the food industry, I have spent time in high end restaurants and catering companies in London and Melbourne, designing menus, creating recipes and as a chef.
I have provided menu consultancy and worked as a food stylist on photo shoots for several clients in London, focusing on brand identity and helping with the development of each brand’s individual style.
I studied fashion and textile design at Central Saint Martin’s and after graduating, I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London studying patisserie, cuisine and molecular gastronomy, where my experience with dealing in colour and design helped me develop and refine my presentation skills.
I am available for work in both the U.K. and abroad.
